As much as I want it to be true the posts are like over a year apart so not likely the case. iirc even Pippa said she's disagreed on a lot of stuff with Clara but they're still friends so I don't see how that wouldn't be the case with Jerry
Ignoring the minor culinary crime that just took place here, Clara is eating a chicken dish. As fun as rrats are, I don't think she'd be that upset with other people eating meat.
Pippa is the absolute worst judge of character imaginable so I wouldn't read much into that personally.
Have Jerry and Clara interacted directly recently? I might've missed something, but it seems like they just stay in their own lanes away from each other.
From what I recall she used to be a vegan and gave that up, but nowadays only really eats chicken because she's not keen on the taste of most meat rather than it being an ethical objection. Her "ackshully the meat eaters are more annoying" isn't vegan bitterness, it's just regular annoying contrarianism.
As funny as the rrats are, I don't really subscribe to the "Jelly and Clara hate each other" one. Been some funny supporting evidence, but until I see more concrete evidence, I doubt it's all that deep.
I just found it really funny that Clara is complaining about "meat eaters", aka the average person, being so annoying when her fellow Phase talent Jelly is a notorious meat lover/eater to the point where she says one reason she doesn't want to leave "Awawaland" is because of the cheap food/meat. I probably would have posted the same thing if it were any other Phase girl to say it too.
That being said, I'm all for laughing at Clara for her bad/goofy takes. Also, for a woman who is defending vegetarianism/veganism so hard on Twitter, she sure does talk poorly and angrily about Barkana a lot.
Speaking of Jelly, she got a new song as Moon Jelly coming out with SO87, the one behind the Ice Cream Machine song with Pippa and other songs with vtubers, including another one with Jelly as Jelly Hoshiumi:

I've seen enough people go "DON'T TREAD ON ME, HURR!" when a vegetarian so much as mentions that she doesn't eat meat (no mention whatsoever of demanding the same thing of others; just personal preference) that I'm with Clara on this one, desu.
That's because vegetarianism is abnormal behaviour, and when normal people encounter abnormal people it's natural to laugh and make a jab or two. It's the same reason we laugh at other exceptional groups like furfags etc..

There are fairly legitimate reasons for some people to be vegetarians (actual religions, certain health conditions, etc.). Veganism is an unnatural affectation that also constrains choices for regular vegetarians, who I've seen have some less than complementary things to say about vegans.
Sakana will ask the girls what they want to do for their birthday, but the talents never ask Sakana what he wants to do for his birthday.

I don't care if people choose vegetarianism. Maybe they have a health-related reason, like high blood pressure, or uracemia.
