Pretty sure it's not her.

First, Viri and Voxanna are definitely the same person, they have the same content and the exact same keyboard/desk/camera/etc in their handcams. Slightly different character voices but close enough.

But the Voxanna voice is very much not like Hina, at bare minimum completely different audio settings / mics, not to mention she's still active, has a much more confident presentation, laughter bursts instead of giggles, and different tics. Just feels completely different especially in more recent streams.

Also a side note but I think three debuts a day is good enough. Any more and it gets tiring. Would have been better if they split the debuts during the weekend. To be fair, this is not just Phase Connect who stuffs them all in one day but even when they get cut down to 45 minutes it still gets too much at a point.
