I'd say marimari and clio grew a lot because of phase connect even before joining... so their cases are special... I think peolple like grimmi or other 1000 to 2000 ccv could be good for the company but they already outgrew like 70% of the current members...

I think (former) hylo, menace and oumiya emma are banned, momozora seina (she's from ecuador, might be phase ES material if sakana goes crazy some day, and also has astrea natura as an option) chapipi (she's with brave but we know how things are) and utano pandora are cleaner and might have Lumi's blessing...

I remember the leaks had pandora's messages trying to calm down those 3 while talking about lumi...
