When the threads are shit, yeah I think so? When Chase attempted to make a Pippa thread before the current one a few months ago, and the mods realized it was Chase, the thread was deleted as he was banned.

1. KF is mostly english speakers who hate Vtubing
2. Most of even what we know is just her antics as Rushia onwards. The niconico stuff has hints and rumors and we can catch some of it on Nyfco but so much of it is lost to obscure 2ch threads no EOP would have the patience or knowhow to find and extract information from
3. It's starting to look like Mikeneko, if we consider she was likely a problem child from her pre-hololive days, has a vast amount of content bordering on lolcows who have their own sections.
4. It would just become another thread where people who hate vtubers rant about how much they hate vtubers
