In trying to avoid making this a Kaela thread, looking a bit closer it's on her middle finger. There is another photo of her where it's clearly her middle finger. There is another with it on the ring finger. I think it's just a ring and she doesn't care too much which finger it's on.

That pic is mirrored. Look at her top teeth (the right overlapping the left one) Now look at this pic (bracelet text confirms)
And this one isn't mirrored. As you can see it's her left incisor that slightly overlaps. And I've used a year's worth of autism energy to write this post.
