In Japan? I doubt it. If they did, they either wouldn't be very good, because they'd be run by Japanese, or if they're authentic they wouldn't be popular because they'd have normal pizza toppings instead of corn or octopus.

It's mostly her being Memory's oshi and sister. Memory afaik hasn't raised any serious red flag about being ultra menhera like her. I saw a few mentions of her reminding people Rushia but it always was positive and about her hololive days.

For the most part, the similarities between Mike and Memory begin and end with them having the same artist. Most comparisons between the two are either jokes, like I've done, or are pretty general similarities that aren't just exclusive between Mike and Memory. But much of it here is most definitely jokes because it's really hard to resist making

In reality, it's definitely a disservice to Memory to chalk her up to being a Mike clone. Unfortunately, much of my info can only come way of translated clips or people in her chat live translating when I catch her streams, but she seems nice and is entertaining on her own. She just needs the time to build up her own brand, though I'm sure her fanbase already doesn't really spend much time comparing her to Mike.
As for Mike herself, I spend more time meme'ing about her than anything, especially when it involves Aqua, but I really do wish things would get better for her. My overall opinion of her certainly isn't the same it used to be when I was discovering vtubing and found her, but part of me still wants to see her turn things around, but it is all on her to do, and I have no optimism in her doing so. It is what it is.

The only situation where it would be ok to have Mike anywhere near Phase would be if she offcollabs with Tenma so I can see the mega menhera whore get verbally and physically abused by the babushka.

Also this is the same company with Airi who was intended to be Phase Connect Marine. It's obvious what Sakana was intending with Memory but unlike Rushia where it turned out the menhera wasnt an act and very much real, she seems more self aware and I like that. Wish she could do death metal screams but can't have everything
