My take: score 1 from Mafu, he striked first against Miguel which forced her to issue a statement. Miguel's statement was defensive, she knows if she lies here she'll get eaten up by Mafu's lawyers. Her not denying most of Mafu's statements shows to me that the truth has caught up with her. I also read the leaked messages and it just paints her as a lying bitch, trying to shift the blame all unto Mafu. Who knows though, both are Menhera AF but Mafu is winning this one by a mile. He's not innocent but Miguel is the one who's career will end after this unless she provides substantial evidence that Mafu was a bigger piece of shit than her. ・二股について
私は、彼と婚姻中、B男さんと二股などしておりません。
B男さんとは、結婚前に、一度お会いしたことがありますが、所謂デートをしたこともなければ、それ以降一度もお会いしたこともありません。もちろん、男女の関係をもったことも一度もありません。B男さんに確認すればわかることであり、彼も知っていることだと思います。
LINEのやりとりが公開されており、その内容から浮気を疑われて然るべきだというお声をいただいており、その点は反省しております。
しかしながら、あくまで、その場のノリや冗談で送ったメッセージであり、上記の通り、B男さんとは、結婚後一度もお会いすらしていません。
・婚姻生活について
婚姻生活中、私が彼の浮気を疑い、彼を問いただしたというのは事実です。それが彼を追い詰めてしまっていたのであれば、申し訳ないと思いますが、私が彼にモラハラをしたり、執拗に束縛をしていたというのは私の認識と異なります。
離婚協議でも決着は着いている認識です。当時の離婚の協議を担当してくださった先生も、今後の裁判で時系列や出来事も含め、現在の彼との裁判を担当している弁護士の先生に情報提供や協力をして下さるとのことです。
また、訴訟中ですので、詳細は割愛させていただきますが、私にも浮気を疑うそれ相応の理由がありました。探偵を雇ったわけではないので、客観的な証拠はありませんので断言はできません。でも、私もなんの理由もないのに闇雲に彼を疑ったりはしません。
そのような中で、彼も私の浮気を疑い、お互いが相手を信頼しきれない状態が続いていたのだと思います。
私ばかりが、彼を異常に拘束していたかのような配信となっておりましたが、彼も私に対して、他の男性と連絡を取ることを禁止していましたし、連絡を取る際は事前に伝えるという約束になっていました。
・離婚の協議について
配信で、彼は、私が離婚にあたって、当初はお金の請求をしていたが、B男さんとの関係が明るみに出て、金銭の請求は無くなったといった趣旨の発言をしていましたが、事実ではありません。
まず、私が彼に金銭的な請求をしていたのは、モラハラとあまりにも一方的な離婚の申し入れを理由にしたものです。この点についても、名誉毀損等の問題が生じる可能性があるとのことで、ここで詳細を書くことは控えさせていただきます。なお、浮気の件は、客観的な証拠がなく、あくまで疑惑にとどまるため、弁護士さんから主張を控えるように助言をいただいたため、言及はしませんでした。
私が、親戚に彼のことを相談したところ、親戚が怒って、私と親戚のやりとりを公表してしまい、それが彼の権利を侵害する可能性があったため、私の弁護士さんと協議の上、双方金銭のやり取りはなしで、離婚をすることにしたのです。
・彼に対する誹謗中傷について
私が、彼に関して複数の投稿を行ったことは事実です。それについて、彼が訴訟を提起したことも事実です。この点は、大変申し訳なく思います。当時、事務所との契約が終了し、そのタイミングで彼から離婚を切り出され、その後しばらく精神的に追い詰められており、離婚後に、私の思いをインターネット上に投稿をしてしまいました。本当に申し訳ありません。
ただ、弁護士の方から、訴訟のことはあまり触れないように言われているので、詳細は書きませんが、その投稿の多くは、私の弁護士さんの見解では、違法とまでは評価できないだろうというものです。
また、私は、自ら投稿したことを認め、彼と弁護士さんを通じて、彼に謝罪をした上で、示談交渉を行いました。
しかしながら、彼から、①私が全ての配信者名義での活動一切を休止すること、②SNSを使用しないこと、③彼の要求する内容の声明文を出すこと、④慰謝料１００万円を支払うことなどの条件が提示されました。
当時私は事務所との契約が終了し、生活にも不安があったため、彼の提案に応じることができず、示談での解決が叶わなかったため、訴訟に至った次第です。
訴訟の中では、問題の投稿とは直接関係のないような、私と彼の馴れ初めや、彼の一方的で事実と異なる記載で溢れており、辛辣な表現も多々見受けられ、弁護士さんからも「これはあまりにも行き過ぎである。訴訟を通じて不必要に私を貶めるような個人攻撃をしているに等しい」と意見をいただいたため、私も彼に対して、反訴を提起した上で、警察に告訴状を提出し、受理されました。
・元交際相手と虚偽の流布について
彼は、配信で、私が元交際相手に関連して、性的暴行を受け、妊娠させられたと虚偽の情報を流しているといった発言をしております。
しかしながら、一切事実ではありません。あまりにも酷い言い分だと思います。
逆に、元交際相手の作曲家さんは、私と交際中に、別の女性と同棲をしていることが発覚し、被害を受けたのは私の方です。
・ペットに関して
彼の配信で、私が濁った汚い水を猫に飲ませていたという趣旨の発言がありましたが、事実ではありません。
私は猫を大切に飼育していました。彼が撮影したという写真は、私が家を出た後の水だと思われます。ペットを飼っている方であればわかると思いますが、水をあげて、その水を猫が飲んで少し時間が経てば、猫の唾液や体毛で水が濁ります。水は頻繁に交換していました。
また、濁った水ではなければ猫が飲まないなどと意味のわからない説明を行うはずがありません。
また、ペットの遺骨をゴミと一緒に置き去りにしたとありますが、誤解があります。
まず、ペットの遺骨というのは、猫ではなくハムスターの遺骨です。大切に飼育していたので、亡くなった際に、埋葬屋さんにお願いをして火葬をして、きちんと遺骨として大切に保管していました。
しかしながら、離婚に伴い、引っ越しをしなければならないバタバタの中で、遺骨を彼の家に置き忘れてしまいました。そのため、私は、私の弁護士さんに、彼に遺骨を返してほしいと伝えるようにお願いをしましたが、現在も返ってきていません。
・最後に
現在彼に対して、民事と刑事の双方で対応を行っております。また、今回の彼の声明や配信についても、あまりにも一方的な内容であり、弁護士さんと相談の上、本当に不本意ではありますが、そちらについても民事刑事双方で対応を行なっていくこととなりました。
こちらとしても、一度は生涯を誓った相手とこのような紛争になることは全く望んでおりませんでした。彼に対する投稿を行なった私に非があるのは十分承知しています。
しかしながら、訴訟において、問題の投稿とは直接関係のない事実無根の内容を主張され、かつ、当該訴訟において、こちらの反論や主張を提出しているにもかかわらず、彼からそれら一切を無視した発信をされるのは本当に辛いです。
