9 looks like the sort of clinically depressed social worker that would be forced to put up with us maniacs, my vote goes to her. 13 and 15 are also really good too.
If you're feeling indecisive you can suggest features of ones you really like that could be combined into one design.
Pilldog is a must have, no matter which variant we choose.

Number 15 has that "I'm fed up with this lunacy, but I have to finish my internship" look, so that one. Of course, the @Kourai Pilldog from page 4 is a must imho. I would also refrain from rabbit ears in general...Pippa doesn't need to dominate everything here (though she certainly could use an asylum stay).
