Jirai Kei is a fashion style also known as "Landmine Girl". Style-wise, you'll see black combined with pink or white, frills, and chunky shoes, and Sanrio plushies, especially Ruromi. They're also emotionally dangerous, and are associated with smoking, binge-drinking and self-harm, which is where the "landmine" tag comes from. Memory and Mikeneko would be good examples of Jirai Kei-themed vtubers, IMO.

Oga is an evil genius lmao. When a teammate loses, their coach has to rate their performance from 1-10, but that also determines the level of electric shock the coach is gonna receive. The coach could give a low score to save themselves, but there's no way they would hurt their trainee's feelings like that so it's guaranteed that they'll rate them highly and thus, receive a high shock level. Then they have to give feedback on what to improve while getting shocked for a minute.
