They actually went all in on this and it's "just" a freebie New Years performance. Hololive keeps leveling up and ya love to see it. Also it's nice to see them keeping up the new Medley tradition because I love seeing what they get up to.

Nah I'm sure that was the first time it was revealed, along with Suisei's Honeyworks song and the Fubuki/Patra collab. Perfect chance to do it too with over 200k CCV.
Someone mentioned it was coming a good while ago but I don't think there was ever a date. Personally I was waiting for it to get an actual release announcement.
I definitely knew it was supposed to be coming for some reason but I can't recall who mentioned it or when.
Edit: I should specify someone made a forum post saying it was upcoming, but I'm not sure where they got it from. So I've no clue if Moona mentioned it at some point in a general stream or a members steam or anything. But there was definitely someone who said it was coming.
