Honestly, one of the most respectable things about Fishman is how much of a chance he was willing to take with the talents. As far as I know, and I could be wrong, but I think many of them had little to no experience in vtubing or even streaming in some cases. Airi herself had none and her audition wasn't great as far as I remember, but he accepted her, even if she was kind of a last resort. And as far as Shiina, Dizzy wasn't wrong to be skeptical, but it's good Fishman took the chance.
And look at them all now. They're doing great and definitely getting better. Every single Phase talent, and Phase as a whole, has a very dedicated fanbase. Was a risky move, but it definitely worked for him, and he gave some great women a chance to do great things.
