Shiina talking about setting schedules and boundaries for herself to try and help her from burning out again. She set up actual work hours for herself and has a dedicated three hour block before she goes to sleep to focus on off-stream, more personal stuff. Plans on 4 days of streams plus a day for work-related work. Her off-days will be actual breaks from work. She's hoping this schedule will help her be more efficient.
Most important thing is she says she feels better now. Says it was rough for her and she was at her worst for a few months and she was burning out. Hopefully it does work out for her. I'm not a regular viewer of Shiina, but I could tell there were some cracks forming with her. Seems like this vacation was something she desperately needed and possibly gave her a good reset to get back to streaming and working. Good to hear, and I hope everything works out.

Nijisanji - WWE (biggest, makes most money, main focus on pulling in indies but does have a developmental, most corporate, expect to sit in catering no matter how hard you try to get noticed by creative/management)
Vshojo - AEW (Poach Fucking Everyone, take potshots at other corpos every other week, talent seemingly always on the verge of throwing chairs at each other)
