I'm not getting your argument. Hime is an Australian of Asian descent, her first language is English, as far as I understand. Does she typically stream in another language?

I think it's more of a personality problem than a language problem. I think her western-style menhera is preventing her to establish genuine connections with her genmates. Language/culture-wise, this shouldn't be a problem for someone who has been living in Japan for that long. The Hime comparison is relevant because her Japanese is not as good as Clara (although at this point, probably just as good), she does not have any history living in Japan, yet she gets along well with everyone in Phase JP (check her JP collabs) more than Clara.

Being a non-JP JP-language vtuber lets her stand out from other talents, gives her different stories to tell, different experiences to share and so forth over other JP streamers. It can also attract viewers who might be interested in something a bit "exotic", for want of a better word. Pity that Clara is politically brainrotted and does over ninety percent of her streams in English, which I imagine would be pretty frustrating for a JP viewer of Clara's.

Someone who is actually proficient in another language (nevermind has been living in a relevant country for a good chunk of their life) doesn't need to translate anything, they can just process information directly. It's not like you're stuck with your native language forever; the end point of the language learning process is to be able to use the new language without relying on your native one (no matter how clunky or awkward or _SL you might sound without regular practice).

Let's do the math

Using this formula (Walking stride length = Your height × 0.43) and assuming Uruka is 5'9" (175cm), that gives her a stride of about 75.25cm. Now, assuming that Clara took between "3-5 steps" for every step Uruka took, I'll assume that's an average of 4.

From that I can calculate Clara is the height of a zucchini.

Now, if I'm being charitable and assume she's waddling due to needing to pee, and therefore isn't doing full strides, if I assume her waddles are between 3 and 3.5x shorter than her normal strides that puts her height between 131cm and 153cm (4'3" to 5'1").

I am not familiar with meters/cm so I had to use a converter. Your assumption of Uruka being 175 is off, run that again with her being 182.5
