I don't think this is that accurate. As far as Muslim majority nations go, Indonesia is fairly secular outside of Aceh. Aceh is the westernmost province in the country and has a special status that basically allows the use of Sharia law there. It's the only province that has instituted Sharia and it makes up less than 2% of the national population.
It's probably closer to Turkey, Albania, and Bosnia than it is to Saudi Arabia. I'm sure @Faceless Waifu could clarify as well.

She had to scrap all plans and come up with a completely new 3d live; new theme, new setlist, new perms, new backing tracks, new 3d sets, new guests (probably), and she can't delay it because even that would take too long to get....1 model from her 1 million wish. All that extra time. effort, and stress because they can't make a 3d model on time. Basically, "It is easier for you, a single person, to start from square one and do absolutely everything from scratch, than it is for us, an entire company to make a 3d model."
(and no, I am not implying that all of those things were completed and waiting for the model, I am mainly complaining about it to point out the timeline. Many girls have talked about how much goes into planning and producing their own 3d lives, months and months and months and months of brainstorming and work before the final product is released, and Cover can't make a 1 million wish alternate 3d model in that same timeframe.)
Oh yeah, and it's not in that clip, but also she knew what she wanted for her 1 million wish even before she hit it, but they didn't allow her to request it until after she hit 1 million.
