Listening to their watch-a-long of Okayu's 2nd live left me with some thoughts about them. I know they are a bit polarizing with their kayfabe but Bau Bau.

I am just really impressed with their energy, passion and "smile-aura". I don't have an entertainment bone in my body so I don't know how hard it is to stay "in-character" but it feels effortless for them. I do think their upbeat nature is more natural then the GGN sort of professional guide persona. For sure they feel natural to be in Holo as they always cheering people on. There was the one incident where they went silent MCing when the Stars showed up and with their long history I thought they would have been more deft or planned ahead. Still, they care about what they like and are dedicated to only that.

For the live, it was really fun to listen to them gushing. Their commentary is a great blend of Japanese knowledge, their own interests and English banter. They are known for twin sync and it feels like they are one-mind but sometimes they leave each other hanging, not really as their sync is natural, plus their banter no matter how sharp feels kind.

While I understand her frustration, I don't think complaining about it publicly like this is the best thing to do. The business proposition likely just doesn't make enough sense to justify it. Personally, I would absolutely buy an ID figure (not a Nendroid, I don't like them) in an instant but launching a figure line that has to rely on a significant number of Western or Japanese sales over Indonesian sales seems like it would be doomed in the long run. Moona and Kobo are realistically the only talents that I could see being somewhat viable for figures.
