I am going to do an end-of-year stream on the 30th of December. If anyone would like to make a nice thumbnail for it, DM me. I can pay in a free title, advertisement, or filthy lucre - I can actually do this now as PayPal has finally recognized my business account.
The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Feed and Seed".
Most of girls wear them pretty regularly around Christmas and New Years time. Otherwise their regular and casual outfits are most used throughout the year.
Risu looks very nice really like the colors.
Anya looks simple and proper, the fox hmm kinda weird to me, how is its back so curved...
Kobo looks nice, reminds me of one of the armors in Monster Hunter.
- Apparently Kiara was trying to console Calli about her Bali vacation falling through, and Calli now wants to travel to Bali with Kiara.
- Kiara ribbed Reine for not letting her know that she was going to Japan. Reine said Kiara knows the story and that she thought Kiara knew, then deflected.
-- After several other topics, Kiara asked what if they travelled to see each other and Reine ended up in Austria while Kiara was in Indonesia. "In order for that not to happen, we need to communicate properly." (To be clear, this was lighthearted.)
- Besides language, at around 1:10:00 Kiara asks about cultural faux pas.
- Reine wanted to organise a Turducken cover a year ago. (Where is this? I need it.)
While the kimonos generally look pretty, is there really much point of spending that much time and energy on really detailed outfits if they are only used for a couple of streams? Looking at the HoloEN kimono compilation posted earlier, I didn't even remember half of the designs. I'm not sure if anyone bothered using them again after 2-3 weeks had passed. At least the JP Santa 3D costumes were pretty basic and everyone got the same design.
Funny you bring up EN as an example, as they are the ones who use them more frequently compared to JPs. Besides Council, Ame, for example basically use her kimono outfit for most of her ER streams.
I log in to check what you people have to say about ID outfits and see a bunch of autists arguing whether a dress is white and gold or blue and black...
Did we somehow fucking traveled back in time to 2015?
Also Kobo's outfit is cute, Anya's mediocre and Risu's looking disturbingly similar to Haachama in that red kimono.
