Had a peek through the earlier Kiara vod for the reflection and I can confidently declare that Kiara is in fact human-shaped and was in fact wearing the same white sweater and pink baseball cap that she already showed off to everyone earlier on the stream

Some snippets keep in mind the funhouse mirror effect and that this is in fact the original zoom:

There were a few other blurry reflections which weren't really worth commenting on and a shot of her blurry pixels walking in and out of the room. But the above was on the screen for a full two minutes, so either a 2-min cut or a blur. YT does have tools for cuts and blurs but they're pretty hard to handle, I imagine there's a chance it could get re-uploaded as a separate video.
