Here's a fun riddle. I'm just starting out as a 1view on a good day, with little experience and poor equipment. She's a reincarnation of a somewhat popular corpo streamer with plenty of experience and good equipment, and an instant 3view on her return stream. I'm starting to try to find collab opportunities with other small streamers, but really have no idea how to start except cold-DMing people. She got fired from her agency for, among other things, doxing her co-workers. Which one of us do you think will land a collab with another non-fleshtuber first?

Of course I'm not saying I'll be more successful than her in any other respects, but I have a feeling that she really stepped on her dick when it comes to ever collaborating with other streamers again who aren't already doxxed.

If she wins I'll donate $20 to the Humane Society.

Don't forget you can use your raids to send viewers to other 1 and 2-view channels and you can get acquainted with other streamers that way. If you're using Twitter, you can also use that to start commenting on posts made by small indies.

I'd also suggest advertising on the thread here, maybe give an hour or two of notice before you start streaming. Like, I know you stream but if you told me you had a stream topic I was interested in, or were playing a game I particularly enjoyed, I could see myself tuning in to see what you're about.

tl;dr: Rowling says that there might be some issues with letting men say they're women and letting them into women-only spaces and and competing in women's sports. And anything less than complete and unquestioning support obviously sends most vermintide into a meltdown, which isn't surprising in a community rife with obvious mental health issues.
