Honestly if I had to get my wisdom teeth removed I would be in the same boat. A coworker of mine had to get theirs' out later in life and from what they described it sounds like it fucking sucks. You're eating basically liquids to not fuck up your gums at the back of your jaw to prevent getting either an infection or dry socket while also slurping down a nice, warm (not room-temp), Saline water wash every hour or so to keep your mouth clean from infections. I fear for the day I have to remove mine.

Something like 25% of adults will have Wisdom teeth grow in just fine and never have issues as long as you brush them well. That's me. Mine are in, they fit fine and the dentist is happy to leave them there for me.

On the other hand, I had to get part of my intestines removed and then stitched back together for Cancer and Ulcerative Colitis reasons and that was 4-weeks of liquid and hospital mush food, and then another 6-weeks of SLOW reintroduction of "real" food after. THAT was absolute hell. Wisdom teeth is nothing after something like that...

If timing really was an issue than yeah unfortunately most of the branch would be busy Koshien, NijiFes, and probably plans for that big year end Niji concert they’ve been doing the past few years. Not to mention unlike EN, I think a good chunk of JP members stream on the side, rather than full time, maybe minus the heavy hitters. But the heavy hitters are probably bombarded with offline work and meetings and shit.

I think getting wisdom teeth pulled later in life sucks ass, not that getting them pulled before they come ripping out of your gums would be better, but the risk of any other shitty problems would be much lower.

My friend who never had their wisdom teeth pulled out until later in life ended up getting an infection and had to be on antibiotics for awhile before they had it removed.

What kind of butchers do you niggas go to? I think the issue is you go to dentists to get them pulled and not a maxillofacial surgeon. One of my folks had to get his wisdom teeth pulled, while a bit more expensive than the dentist would charge us he didn't have that much issue and was pretty much ok a week later. Also he filled the holes where the teeth were with a sponge made of pig collagen. So when the blood fills the cavity the sponge soaks up the blood and basically avoids you getting a dry socket and your body absorbs it.
