I'm honestly not too fussed about loli models. I'm not watching these vtubers with the intention of fucking their avatar or the person behind it so how they look just needs to meet my broad definition of "cute anime girl". That said, my interest plummets to 0% as soon as they start doing coomer shit like Yuko. Also loli models also have the "attracting weirdos" debuff which can put me off the community and by extension the streamer.

Not liking loli's has little do to with le "they're just pixels on a screen" excuse, and more to do with the fact that Vtubing is just as much a visual medium as it is an audio one. Simply put, I'm not interested in child models or child like voices, random baby noises the younger ones tend to make, screeching, hooting, hollering, or the communities that younger models attract. I'm tired of reading plap, no-no square, and every alteration of that c-word coomers can come up with. I'm not interested in zoomer humor/culture either.
There are a few exceptions to the rule, probably Amiya and Shiina (sometimes.) I also don't totally hate Riro, a lot of her covers live rent free in my head on the daily and it's rare to have a Russian speaking Vtuber. (I'm a filthy halfu, Russ/JP). So I gotta support Nina and Riro by default.
But yeah, it's more complicated than just "pixels on a screen" and "imaginary ages for drawings," etc...
