I know a lot of people have already outlined reasons why Holo doesn't need more talents, most of them I agree with, but I wanted to mention something that hasn't been touched on.

It makes me a bit sad to think that there's a sense of finality in admitting that there won't be any new blood entering the talent pool. I think it makes things interesting to see what new dynamaics are added within the company as more vtubers join and there's interact with different people.
Don't you guys also feel a bit excited when you know there's going to be a shakeup to the status quo?
I guess to summarize what I'm trying to say; it's probably better from a business standpoint that they slow down, but it makes things less fun. I just hope we get a new EN wave like next year at least.

I love airi but I have this feeling she's gonna breakdown crying on stream one of these days and I dunno if my heart can take it. She's such a trooper and she shouldn't feel like she needs to stream all the time even if she uses streaming as a social outlet cause she's a slave for whatever company she works for.

She shouldn't force herself to stream if she doesn't feel up for it. She should try to prioritize her mental health. But maybe she's like Mori and is able to use her work as a coping mechanism.

I haven't really paid close attention to this so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but if the talent was okay with the idea I'm not going to condemn the corpo. If they're small enough then the model and assets were probably relatively major investments that I can see the point in pragmatically reusing. It's a bit ghoulish, but we shouldn't forget the advantage of an asset not dying with a talent.

I expect they will come eventually but I think they got smart and put all new streamers on hold to build their infrastructure up so they could actually support more chuuba's. We know the 3d studio is constantly booked months in advance and they probably have a few other areas that are stretched trying to keep up with the existing output and that was well Japan was locked down and EN and ID weren't technically in the picture for taking up resources.

We know they are expanding the 3d studio so I'd expect until that is closer to finished we won't hear much about new waves.
And since I just typed that expect silhouettes to be dropped in a week

Something that I have been thinking is that holo seems to be trying to aggressively grow event wise, they are doing more sponsorships, convention panels and meetings, concerts, 3d lives and I dunno what else they're cooking. If they're going for more content outside of streaming it would make sense to put recruiting on hold and soldier on with the crew they have but I think the way they're going at it is gonna get some girls to quit, so be sure to support your chinese woman while it lasts at least this year for sure.
