So apparently Love on a Leash is a Chinese film. Chinese woman wrote and directed it, and the movie was produced by a Chinese company.

If you read her IMDB bio it seems like it was written by the woman herself. Including referring to this film as a "cult classic."

Normally those are exceptionally shit as people try to hard to be bad, like The Incredible Bulk and others, and so they miss what makes a bad movie good. Though this does feel both too good and terrible at the same time.
