Airi is talking about attempting to add emojis that someone made for her. She's currently at the emoji limit with 26, but she mentioned there's something in the youtube interface telling her she needs 36 more members to unlock 24 emojis. I think this means her member count was between 600 and 700 at one point (to get her the 26), and it was 414 at the time she checked it on stream (people have since gifted her a bunch more memberships).

I'm just surprised she's going before Coni, Kai seems to be the one who gives most of a shit out of all the Idol girls (hosting their legally-distinct Phase Weekly etc.).

I just find it unlikely since brave probably forced them at the very least a 2 year contract on those who chose to stay.
I'm not sure if Brave would've overwrote the terms they were grandfathered into since that would've been a great way to have even less of them stick around, and as @JusticeDog mentioned it's coming up to the anniversary of her debut which is interesting timing.
The 2.0 upgrade could've been in the works for a while in fairness, they probably decided it'd be better to use it and make an event of it for a few weeks before she fucks off rather than letting it go to waste, so they could get at least some of the investment back.
