This post came into my timeline and I thought it was one of those consumer rants at first, then I noticed it was Furi and I guess Tesco is out to get her
Hi @Tesco ! Really funny thing happened today.
The medication I need to take on a daily basis to prevent me from k*lling myself goes mysteriously missing every month whenever I need to refill it.
Why is it that when I called Tesco Pharmacy three weeks ago, you said you didn't have it. Why is it when you said to come back in a week, you still couldn't find it. Why is it when I call to check today, you cant find it. But when I ask for a manager over the phone, they find it immediately. Why is it then when I arrive in person 6 minutes later to pick it up, its missing again, and I'm asked to leave.
Why did it take me breaking down in hysterics at the counter and holding up a queue whilst I have a public and embarrassing breakdown for you to magically find the medication that keeps me alive?
Why is it that when I check the date, you've actually had my prescription for over three weeks? In a way where its held captive, and I cannot get it printed by any other pharmacy or establishment until you release it?
Why does this happen every month @Tesco ?
How am I supposed to recover from my condition, when every 30 days I am forced to go cold turkey against my will? How am I supposed to get well when you force me to ration the medication that keeps me alive?
How am I expected to hold a job when you force me into illness every month?
Do you want your customers to die so you don't have to deal with them anymore, or do you just not vet a single member of staff that work at your pharmacies @Tesco ???
Worst of all, @Tesco , why arent I surprised? Why am I used to this happening every month?
This sucks. God forbid anything happens to your customers. But if it does, I hope you get sued to hell and back for it.
The incompetence of your employees cannot be ignored when it is directly affecting the lives of the community you're trying to serve.
