All objective detriments, but in the end none of it is quantifiable. It is impossible to put even a rough ballpark estimate number of how many players were lost due to each factor, so only real achieved statistic counts. "oh but it had soooooo much potential but was stunted" means absolutely nothing, from business standpoint Titanfall 2 was an objective failure and Titanfall 3 would be worse than 100% new franchise now due to it's PR baggage.

About half the game, maybe slightly less. You need to play through that second half once to get C or D, replay the final checkpoint to make a different choice to get whichever one you're missing, then E plays by default right after that.
