It's too early right now to say the Republicans have the House, but they only need to win 15 seats, so it's more likely than not.
Trump has been campaigning without a day off for the last two months. If he's a bit tired after that it's quite understandable.
With a 168-190 in which 218 will be need for a majority at this late on the election, I think no one will be on the majority.
