So incredibly anecdotal rant but I was talking with a few of my artist friends I use to raid in WoW with. So while we all know the artfags are sperging about AI because it means less commissions for them but apparently one of the big issues that isn't talked about is WHO is jumping to AI art and thus commissioning less. Supposedly there has been a slight decrease with some of the furry commissions but its a non-issue because there's so many rich furfag patrons that are unabashedly proud of their degen shit and want to spread their goon material everywhere. So despite the AI art crisis, artists can still make a living by picking up furfag commissions.
However the one they were all complaining about the most was the decrease in futa commissions. They weren't too disgusted with taking futa commissions because they would just draw a female design and then add a dick. All the artists mentioned they were experienced and comfortable with drawing dicks because they've all been doing commissions of female characters getting fucked. Futa commissions was their half-measure foray into degen art as they could draw their normal art to satisfy their non-futa fans and then do a version with a dick for futafags. They were saying that futa commissions didn't pay crazy like furry commissions but there was a lot of them, so they were only dipping their toes into the "degenerate pool" to make a living. The problem is that apparently a lot of futa patrons have moved to AI art because on average, futafags are less proud of their kink than furfags and feel more embarrassed requesting that stuff. They mentioned furries often show zero shame for their requests while a lot of futafags are embarrassed to make those requests.

They were deeply upset about TBC Classic launch because it caused an increase in commissions for not just futa commissions but specifically draenei futa commissions with horse cocks. Glasses are really versatile. First, you can have glasses-wearing girls take them off and suddenly become beautiful, or have girls wearing glasses flashing those cute grins, or have girls stealing the protagonist's glasses and putting them on like, "Haha, got your glasses!" That's just way too cute! Also, boys with glasses! I really like when their glasses have that suspicious looking gleam, and it's amazing how it can look really cool or just be a joke. I really like how it can fulfill all those abstract needs. Being able to switch up the styles and colors of glasses based on your mood is a lot of fun too! It's actually so much fun!
