If you listen carefully, you can hear Uruka (dream) breathing heavily.
Do you search it by putting "Ami Yoshiko" or "AmiYoshiko"?
If you go with "Ami Yoshiko" and turn off your filter, then yes you will get porn and hentai that way. But if you set it to strict/moderate or just type "AmiYoshiko", you get the result without porn
The reason you get those is because Bing is horni and would just assume the name "Ami Yoshiko" is good enough to find NSFW (which is the point of why you would disable safesearch). That way, you ended up getting bunch of 3D japanese adult actress stuff because they're named "Yoshiko" and also Love Live hentai because one of the girls there is also named Yoshiko (along with other anime character named Yoshiko).
In short: Spacing!
