I can definitely understand that perspective but my take on it is that it's an issue that will sort itself out. Most E thots who's only redeeming quality is the shut they do don't really tend to keep and audience.
It's well known that very few only fans hoes actually make any money out of it <1% or something . Vtubers who do engage in this behavior but lack any other redeeming quality will fall by the way side and you'll probably never even hear of them.
The ones you DO hear about usually at least have SOMETHING else about them that actually grabs peoples attention girl like Project Melody didn't get to their viewer size just cause they goon people stuck around for her personality an content aside from that.

To sum it this is a self correcting issue you'll still have plenty of seiso vtubers who never touch this form of content creation and only a small amount who do will gain an audience because they bring actual entertainment value to the table.

There is an unlimited supply of slop-quality porn, but there's surprisingly little that's creative with good production values.
