I would but there are a lot of youtube videos made by furries detailing the processes and the cliques way better than I would. Im only aware, these people engage in it. I did know about one incident involving e-sex in the vtuber community, during the indie concert organized by Nei year ago, dudes and gals just went in private rooms right after it ended, after party was kinda awkward. I can only assume dawg does the same.
VR Chat very quickly became swarmed by the most degenerate motherfuckers imaginable. Troons in particular are very notable with VRC because they are all massive gooners and it lets them pretend they're cute anime women instead of balding fat freaks. There's a lot of pockets of communities in there where they're all being degenerates hosting stripclubs, having e-sex with each other, and all sorts of weird shit. If you come across a content creator and they have a notable history in VRC, they are a degen coomer and there is a non-zero chance they are a sexpest.
I use to do no view VRChat vids to show off crazy shit to a friend of mine. Even early on I ran into a couple of instances of I guess the term is ERP but in public servers. I can't imagine what Private ones would be like. I later tried to return in 2020 and that shit got even worse in public, it was no longer weird awkward shit just a lot of boring shit or sexpesting.
A lot of VRchat creators disappeared and have showed up in the Vtuber scene. One for instance Naggz, he abandoned it due to youtubes guidelines as he set his channel for kids. While it's debatable that his content may have been family friendly and 2018 was a tad different, I would argue that VRChat was not and should never have had kid targeted content. Finding out about that always made me feel fucking weird given the stories of other VRChat content creators. But I dunno, maybe he's fine it's just strange as fuck to see these guys invade the vtuber space because they DO NOT operate like Vtubers.

I don't know much about pre-vtubing Nagzz but nowadays he's a fairly harmless react-Andy who seems nice enough.
VRChat is one of those things where it's not designed for adult purposes and I can fully believe there are people who play the game as intended and don't step out of line, but I still don't think children should be playing it because when you look at the wider community there's far too much overlap with the seedy side of it. It's too easy to accidentally end up exposed to exhibitionists who're just there for gratification; kind of like Omegle but with ugly anime models. I realise technically you could have these concerns with any online game since you never know what the people in the voice chats will be doing, but almost every time I've heard VRChat mentioned since the Knuckles meme thing died down it's been in relation to some kind of sex scandal.
Realistically watching a bunch of friends goofing about on YouTube-friendly livestreams probably won't cause kids any problems, but the game itself should absolutely be 18+.

3 months at most IMO, she's off the deep-end now. It's weird how some women who get into v-tubing get so addicted to the attention from their fans that they go full coomer, I can think of several off of the top of my head and a few more who would have already done it if they weren't corpo. RIP
