There's a universe out there where youtube's approach to lewd content is closer to European or Japanese rather than American standards, where Hololive didn't change its content.
Well. To be fair, although the Erolive nickname came from Choco once upon a time being their top talent or close to it, the majority of the talent never particularly went in that direction (though AZKi was originally meant to be a lot lewder and edgier). It probably wouldn't have turned into a pure R18 company. Sora, Suisei, Fubuki, Aqua, Subaru were all there during this era, after all.
But it'd assuredly be more prominent, and the top streamers would be different ones.
