There should really be a way so you could disable the gay profile posts but not the post history function, atleast if the goal is preventing gay profile post infighting like Null wanted

If you hover over a name and click on the messages number, you can still see the post history. Otherwise you can use the search function and search by user, which I think does the same thing.
