Attention All Asylum Inmates!
The Annual Asylum Awards Fall Survey has begun!

Now that spooky season is upon us and the year is almost over, let’s look back and reminisce over this year’s events. Below is a list of potential categories for the next Asylum Awards created with your feedback from the spring survey. Please let us know what your top choice for each category is. If you feel that multiple candidates deserve to be mentioned for certain categories, just list them in order of your favorite to least favorite candidates so we know which choices are most popular. Letting us know what categories you dislike, think are unnecessary, or need more explanation would also be helpful. Any other suggestions are also welcome.

Also, after listening to your feedback, we noticed that some people wanted to participate but were put off from voting because the format we were using required a Google account. Is there any alternative method of voting that would be preferred? We will also most likely be including a “no vote” choice for each category due to popular demand.

I'm fairly certain that you can create it via Google Forms in a way that doesn't require a login. I believe that Microsoft Forms is also comparable but I'm not sure if there's a login in requirement. A lot of survey tools either limit the number of questions far lower than you are intending on asking or they limit the amount of responses to lower than you would get. Microsoft and Google's offerings are both unlimited as far as I know.
