How do you blow 120 hours of labor on a custom PC build?

Website of the custom PC builder, archive, I don't know if they just did the case here or if they were responsible for the entire thing. The spreadsheets in the doc do not look like something I'd expect from a one man shop, but it does say "sole proprietor" and they do both like pastel pink/blues.

Can't find any pricing as a guide, there's a page on their website that might be relevant but I can't access it even when logged in.

They're quite open about costs in this post, archive, on a PC build website and they're using pounds, same as the spreadsheets.

The 3.5k fair market value is something you have to put on Tiltify charity auctions and I think charity auctions in general and it has to do with putting charitable donations on your taxes. I think you still have to tax the 3.5k part, but I'm no accountant.
Which makes me wonder if Doki or the buyer would be on the hook if they knowingly put a false value. Especially now that they essentially auctioned off $7500 cash for $6600 cash.

I have no clue what that PC Builder was thinking/claiming. Nothing about that makes sense, at all. I could see a 1-2k charge if there was a full custom Waterloop, but that doesn't seem to have been the charity product that they had gotten a quote for? For what they're wanting to charge, you could do a custom paint job and copper tubed loop. But they link item an AIO at easily +100 GBP more than retail. WTF were they thinking they're doing?

Builder refuses to provide a time-lapse to verify the labor hours despite originally claiming a time-lapse video exists and threatens a $4k cancellation fee despite Doki never signing a contract. Doki resolves with the auction winner and pays them back their bid+$900. Dramatuber misrepresents the situation and tries to paint her as a manipulator.

>Doki doubts the builder's timelog and says to provide a time-lapse video of the PC build to verify it, which the builder previously claimed existed
>builder ignores Doki at this point and eventually Doki realizes this is just a shitshow scam, such as Doki finding out that she was also getting charged every time her team contacted the builder and yet the builder never communicated this
>Doki explains to the retard builder that there was no contract signed between them and they never agreed to any finalized scope, so get fucked on that $4k fee
>Doki goes to a new PC builder by using her Hyte case where she would upgrade all the parts
>Doki orders all the parts through Amazon and it ends up costing $9395 USD
>Amazon canceled the parts order shortly before the auction winner's travel date, meaning they could no longer deliver the PC when they arrived
>Doki and the auction winner agreed to Doki giving them $7.5k to build their own non-themed PC, so the winner walks away with a $900 gain for the troubles
>Dramatuber posts a video 2 days later (yesterday) after the payment had already been made
>Dramatuber edits the video description and pinned comment later to say Doki did pay the auction winner but implied she only did it because of public pressure
>Dramatuber is now trying to pin blame on Doki for not paying the artist
>It's just Doki being late to pay because she's a disorganized retard but she has historically always made sure artists get paid even when Nijisanji was stiffing them
EDIT: It appears the artist mentioned by the dramatuber was actually the PC Builder that tried to scam her and she had no contract with.
