God what a great 3 grabs though I guess I didn't get anybody new to watch from this but now the news about them will be in this thread so better then nothing.
Clio - She seemed pretty easy to guess with history and all, she has been getting along with a lot of Phase as well so an easy entry as well
Sleepy - Honestly didn't expect her after this much time even with Frog as a hint, she better be poking and mocking her rabbit senpai into collabs god damn it
Mari - This one is the shocker to me, she gets along with Phase easy enough but she seemed to be doing more then well enough herself as an indie that joining seemed unnecessary, I had her in the Filian tier of would be fun but doesn't need the corpo likelihood so didn't see her coming at all.
Yeah maybe at a stretch Sleepy and Clio might sell, I don't think they would but maybe with enough offered and a desperate enough need for money, but I can't imagine a world the Fish sells her _EN rights away not even for all the Fent in Canada.
I've assumed he changed the IP rules after Lumi & Yuri joined around the Invader redesigns release given that with her redesign Yuri was also in the midst of a name change well Lumi didn't change her name at all which implied that the different options existed at that point and the 2 took different options. The second wave all took the new model option for what I would have to assume is their own reasons at best guess Dizzy well I don't know, maybe just wanting to put Tsunderia behind her, Ember seemed to be in the middle of redesigning herself anyways from what I have seen mentioned of her past life here, and Jelly very obviously wants a 2nd separate existence though not to the extent of doing much to hide it so new Invader was a obvious choice. He has probably updated it further since even then and made it a better offer as well I assume the Yuri mess led to him reworking them again as well..
She explained at some point that she was waiting for fish to contact her, while fish was waiting for her to contact him. So she just never applied.
I'm pretty sure Phase has had general auditions always open for the last couple years at least.
I'm glad for all three of the new invaders but especially Clio after repeatedly telling chat for years how she could never get into phase because she can't sing and her niche content

Late last year up until a couple of months ago Clio was EVERYWHERE. She was popping up in random phase streams constantly at all hours. When Jelly said the other day that one of the new Invaders had been helping out a lot behind the scenes and was super excited to debut I immediately thought of her, but the size of her audience still made it seem unbelievable to me. I had the same disbelief with Mari, she was really the only person who the goldfish bowl could be hinting at but it just didn't make sense given her size.
I don't think he was "give me the ip or fuck off" from the times he's talked about it he seemed to push for it but would be open to get people in on specific contracts. I think that's why lumi can have fuck you outfits because she probably took a deal in which she retains her ip but maybe fishman takes a bigger cut. Sleepy seems to be the one doing a rebrand so she probably did give him IP rights while clio and mari could get just a new model while retaining their IP with caveats.

Yeah with respect to Lisa, this was pretty damn retarded, because Phase at the time has already grown beyond Fishman personally Phasebegging for a low-3view streamer.
The thing i personally got wrong was thinking this would go like Wave 2, with all of them getting new characters and starting fresh, which just...didn't happen.
