It's pretty straight forward.What I'm getting at here is that if the claims are true, this kind of leads into a conflict of interest from both sides (Matara and Vshojo).
Matara has essentially built her own merch store employing her family (Actual Nepotism by definition but not in a negative way btw) and honestly has no real need to just, get rid of her end because of that. I feel like it became a dispute between her and Vshojo when she tried to get others to use her merchandiser over Vshojo's.

I can vouch for merch problems and her voicing her own frustration about it on stream, usually in response to a Momo asking if there's any updates on merch.
Everything I've ordered from VShojo has missed the predicted release by months. It took ~10 months to get a fucking standee. Meanwhile the stuff I ordered when she set up her own store actually did arrive in weeks.
Matara just confirmed she was let go by VShojo on stream. She won't go deeper into detail but she did mention she's mentally in a much better place than she last time she parted with her corpo.
vShojo's rep as a retirement home takes a massive hit after dumping an old lady on the streets.....
I could see them already being annoyed with her for that and then...
...she took it a step too far.
