You keep laboring under the illusion that kayfabe is real. As if there is character and employee separation. There is not. Period. It's exactly the same as if you worked at a fucking bank or a Wendy's. Employers are constantly getting shit for trawling through employee's social media in a stalkerish creep kind of way and routinely punish them for shit on it. It happens every minute of every day. You won't last a week flipping burgers in a McJob if you go on Instagram and shit on the Wendy's customers on the regular and a manager finds out. I have watched it happen. repeatedly, from customer service shitters on up to men who formerly ran departments at law firms. The only way to get shown the door faster is to shit talk the BOSS on a known account or to get violent with another employee. You think "but CLARA didn't shit on the customers, KELSEY did!" is going to work? Come on now.
Should it be this way in the employment world? Fuck no. But it IS this way. Kayfabe nor anything else separates Kelsey and Clara except for fun. Fishman writes checks to Kelsey and sends them to Kelsey and hired Kelsey. And how Kelsey acts is factored into her overall rep at the company and any disciplinary actions that would ever happen, if the corpo is aware of it like you guys assume they are (and I agree they must). Yes, they can and will punish "Clara" for things Kelsey does offline or on private accounts. Just like if you did it. I would not expect a big "stop getting into faggy slapfights over politics with the people paying us" but sooner or later they're going to hold her accountable for this shit and she will, at the least, be in the doghouse and have it made clear that she has worn out her welcome and has closed her own career path with the company. And if it ever becomes apparent that she really is shitting on her CO-WORKERS specifically, it will be worse. Your offsite behavior DOES factor into how you are dealt with on the job, like it or not. Especially once it starts effecting the business, which this will (and already has to some small degree).
People here have already suggested polit-superchatting multiple times, i'm sure it's only a matter of time before some retard goes and actually does it.
But overall i imagine this as more of a process than an event - she's seemingly getting more argumentative with people replying to her stories, and keeps posting said stories basically daily, and as she goes in even harder on politics-posting, i can see it slowly start to show more in her streams - think Jelly, but in reverse, basically, as Jelly wasn't nearly as edgy, say, a year ago.
