You're missing something: subs have regional pricing, and a really common way to scam them is to use turkish/egyptian/brazilian subs. The Argentinian subs got adjusted to charge in dollar this year so they're out.
I don't think even 50% of those were paid on dollars. It is a fuckton of money, of course, but to expect it's all USD is a huge degree of naivety. The same goes for Kai Cenat new record, I'm pretty sure his oilers or even the community put together a scheme to get turkish subs for much cheaper.

Ironmouse thinks that she has the charisma and talent to make it big but she forgot that all of this was possible because she is the Make-A-Wish kid and that's main reason these people made her perform, not because she's talented (which she is) but because she's the feel-good novelty. I'd say yes, because if you're the gateway to change someone's mind about what vtubers do and how they can be enjoyable, they're likely to remember you forever. We all remember our first oshi even if we've moved on since then.

I'm guessing whatever method they use for counting subs is only showing the ones for this moth so far so it's only natural that it'd be much lower than the month before since we're only like 25% through December. As for going down in November, it's only natural for subs to go down quite a but after a subathon, but the noomber was still higher than before the subathon.
