The streamer awards is an event, hosted by Qtcinderella (also known as Ludwig's girlfriend) on Qt's channel
It has never been about popularity since its conception. It's an event where QtCinderella's friends get to play dress up and jerk off each other. The main goal is the dressing up. The award shit is just an excuse. The winners are often Qt's friend and the nominees are just to fill the numbers.
Dokibird was nominated because this happened. Sykkuno being one of Qt's friend
Had Sykkuno cosplayed as Millie Parfait, then Millie would have been nominated. That is the selection criteria for this prestigious event
