i just realized that the black screen event and Selen's firing in general are not even a year old and they were probably some of the biggest shake ups of the EN side of the industry
not to mention 3 Holo OGs leaving/getting fired too

What a year huh, if Justice wasnt a smash hit and they didnt put out bangers like GTA RP and Enreco it would've been a shit year, but Holochads carried the industry again
Even the non-JP-corpo side was a shitshow with Tora Karu, Shizzy being a retard, Ironlung getting her channel fucked, Camilla being almost home invasion-ed on screen, Froot bringing attention to her cheating like a tard...

And probably eons more that i keep forgetting, TL;DR is that Holo keeps winning by ~~Doing absolutely nothing~~ having some of the best talent in the business

Do not forget how basically every small corpo except phase either exploded or got absorbed by Brave.

I predict the EN side of the industry will continue to become more and more drama hungry, anti-corpo and insufferable until the entire thing splits into two in a war of catholics vs protestans style all out distaste for each other.

The black screen event pretty much pulled back the curtain on NijiEN and showed everyone that the fucking inmates were running the asylum. Just a complete and utter bungling of a delicate situation that demanded what should've been a nuanced and comprehensive public relations response from management and select talents. Then again, from what we've learned from all that transpired and got revealed due to it - there really is no EN management, at least as far as equity among the EN talents are concerned. If you're pulling numbers, you get managed & coddled. Otherwise, you're pretty much left to sink or swim.
