Urgent Care is great for issues that aren't going to kill you immediately and don't need the ER, but will be a much bigger problem the longer it goes without treatment. Everything else needs to be dealt with by your GP and specialists.

I don't care what an individual says. No scientific study has ever shown chiropractic "medicine" to have anything more than a temporary effect that could be emulated by a massage. And with a massage, they at least aren't going to fucking kill you if they mess it up.

I know Pippa's been using a nasal spray for her allergies, but I really hope she's using flonase. That's the only one that should be used long-term, all the others cause rebound congestion within a few days of continued use.
