This was the other end of it yeah, from what I know about most of the capipi community stuff it's usually him and AF managing and planning them, if the idea got off the ground it would have turned into them being expected to just make it work somehow within what was left of the timeframe after Pippa got around to getting permission from management/sakana to fund it and whatnot. He even said it would be a good idea to do something like that next year in the chat log but that this year would be too short notice.
