It's likely an age "verification" similar to Steam, where it's just "don't lie to us uwu" because ID verification would require actual infrastructure.

Okay so they have just left it unanswered so far, it makes a little more sense but the bad ones seem very unlikely with a little thought.

ID is unlikely, you'd pretty much have to block Europe as dealing with their consumer protection regulations would kill any company trying to collect info like that.
CC seems unlikely as they no doubt have many players using cash cards so that would be a lot of money lost
so most likely would be the 2 options that are 0 work and can be lied through in 2 seconds
