It's in part informed by having it happen multiple times across multiple creators for me. For various reasons, but generally as a member of the audience I find it a shame when the past is plastered over for the sake of a rebrand or artistic disappointment in one's early works. There was a youtuber I used to like who mass privated all her videos when she debuted as a vtuber, only to schizo out and quit anyway. I used to watch hololive way back and couldn't stand the waves of privating. Internal or external, it's a drag when it happens.

There was a youtuber I used to like who mass privated all her videos when she debuted as a vtuber, only to schizo out and quit anyway.

It's understandable, but the core of the issue here is feeling the pressure to "up her standards" after joining an agency, which IMO makes it a little bit different. And yes, the pressure if self-inflicted, but if anything that's more of a reason to stay and reassure Sleepy that she doesn't need to brainworm about this stuff.
