It's just my perception of how tribalistic her graduation became, I never saw any other audience being this attached to a dead model whose talent don't even bother with anymore. If she were menheraing and talking about "becoming an idol" again I'd accept it at least.

It's all good, I have to admit, I'd never been more flabbergasted seeing a reaction to something I posted here before. As to your point, I get where you're coming from, but I still feel you're being a little too hard on the Sanalites. You can still maintain enthusiasm and love for a character, even long after said character has been retired, while still acknowledging and respecting the talent behind said character whom is still alive and well. Me personally, I believe in a separation between character and talent, especially post-graduation, and I believe both those concepts can coexist peacefully. I love Namie, and still watch her streams whenever they happen, but Sana will still forever be my kamioshi. Namie may still carry the same personality and infectious joy that made me fall for Sana in the first place, but she can never replicate those beautiful, delicious, chocolate titties. And there are certain moments and memories Namie made for me that only happened during her time as Sana:

And I could go on. It's the same reason why you see so much Ame and Fauna art still, despite the people behind those characters continuing to be vtubers and streaming far more consistently than Namie. These personas were the genesis of core memories and fun times that have lived on past the personas themselves, and while you could view it cynically as mere consumerist brand loyalty, I think it's more indicative of how amazingly unique and wonderful these talents were, and still continue to be. And this isn't even getting into the unique circumstances surrounding Sana's tenure and eventual graduation.

So while I respect your opinion, maybe you could be a little more sympathetic to those cute lil bread dogs in the future. Their love is not a bad thing

She made it pretty clear that her moving on was a clean break too, being an artist called to her far more than being Sana ever did.
