I know I've been critical of Phase's merch before but I do have some genuine praise this time - my Jards arrived earlier and it's a really nice pack of playing cards. The print quality and card texture are great, and the artwork on the court cards is really cute. I'm glad they turned out well because it's a really novel offering for vtuber merch.

Jelly's birthday is 23 January, so that's three months from order to delivery. That's really good turnaround time, and certainly a lot better than they've previously been doing.

I wonder if that's an anomaly since you ordered one thing that might be quick to print and send off, and they didn't have to wait for other merch to be made and delivered before sending it out, or they've actually started fixing their merch manufacturing pipeline.

I think it really comes down to the specific manufacturers, since I am still waiting on stuff from Halloween. Playing cards are probably easier since I'd imagine there are printing companies who specialise in them and can turn them around quickly, more "custom" stuff is likely more prone to holdups.
