What I’d like to know is when did they nail down the Invaders debut date? It would be somewhat miraculous to know if months ago they had fixed a date at the tail end of a series of Hololive (Shion, Mumei, Gura) graduations where it’s assured lots of fresh eyes will be on this debut.

Reminds me of Kaleido’s launch back in January 2024 where it was smacked right in between NijiEN’s Selengate and Miguelcat’s hubby revelation.

That'd be interesting to know. Sakana said by end of Q1 before, which did not happen, so it's possible they pushed it back on purpose. But they have such history of trouble getting everything from artists on time, so that's also a likely reason.

Miori’s been streaming too often in the past six months. Very unlikely to be an Invader. Unironically you’d need to see the candidate in question stream as often as Gura which is sporadically or already be on a hiatus in the past six months or so.
