It is a little slow at the start but once you reach the True Man's World arc, it just pops off like crazy with a run of great arcs. It has one of, if not the best, final conflict set of arcs throughout the entire series.
Without spoilers but i like the dynamic between the Jojo and the JoBro of this part more than the others
It's the best friendship in the entire series, without a doubt. And I was someone that felt Josuke and Okuyasu were the best friendship prior to Part 7.
