Yes it's jong, and it's absolutely minecraft thanks to the credits list having some people who had involvement with yubicraft, but what exactly does "Project Phase Parlor" mean?

E: I'd be impressed if it was a working jong game in minecraft, but might also just be some deco mod that adds a bunch of jong stuff.
