Perhaps, but It was broadcast on c-span which is "public", and this clip specifically was from CBS's stream not CNN. Also, the "Community Guidelines" link directs to this page. At the bottom it describes DMCA/copyright procedures and mentions their 3 strike rule as well as the steps to file a counter notice. I see nothing on my account page nor my emails to suggest i've been given a strike, nor any notifications indicating reason for removal. Really gets the noggin' joggin'...
